Wafer Storage Box

Entegris wafer storage boxes are used for safe storage and transportation of wafers.

During transportation, wafer carrier movement and wafer chatter might cause particle generation. With Entegris Wafer Storage Box, you can expect the highest performance in automated and manual handling.

The Entegris Wafer Storage Boxes E99, HA200 and E210 Series are all automation compatible. Various sizes of 100mm, 125mm, 150mm and 200mm storage boxes are available.

The E99 Series are industry standard flat bottom storage boxes which are stackable, ideal for space limited stockers and work-in-progress racks. It accommodates 25-capacity carriers, excluding wide-flange carriers, for single carrier capacity.

The HA200 Series storage boxes are for single carrier capacity, that accommodates 25-capacity carriers, excluding wide-flange carriers. It is for single carrier capacity, with five-degree tilt to minimise wafer chatter.

The E210 Series are flat bottom storage boxes which are stackable, balanced for easy manual handling, and accommodates 25- and 26-capacity wafer carriers. It is for single carrier capacity, with seven-degree tilt to minimise wafer chatter.

We also offer customisation to tailor Entegris storage boxes to your specific requirements in terms of material, colour, identification options and flexible traveller envelopes.

To label for identification purpose, Silicon Connection offers Laser Marking service to engrave the Wafer Carriers or Wafer Storage Boxes and other containers. Laser Marking labelling is ideal as it can mitigate outgassing or particles, which are sensitive to Wafer Fabs.
