Entegris Tube and Pipe Fittings

Entegris offers a complete line of tube and pipe fittings for use in fluid handling systems in semiconductor and biopharmaceutical industries. These fittings offer clean, robust, leak-free connection technology for high-temperature and high-pressure applications. Products include industry-leading PrimeLock® and Flaretek® PFA tube fittings and PureBond® PFA pipe fittings.

Primelock®

PrimeLock® fittings offer the most reliable connection technology on the market. With audible and visual indicators, users can quickly verify proper makeup of the connection. The ultraclean design provides enhanced reliability and are very easy to assemble. Sizes are available up to 1½”. Heat is not required to assemble this fitting, saving time and money.

Primelock® fittings are also available in conductive PFA. This direct charge buildup from the media and more effectively remove electrostatic charge from the entire flow path.

Flaretek®

Flaretek® fittings are easy to use when fittings are frequently disconnected.  These fittings combine leak-free performance with minimum dead volume for ultrapure fluid applications.

Thousands of configurations and sizes are available, including “SpaceSaver” fittings for use in confined areas. Hot and cold flaring is available.

FlareLock® II

Assembling the FlareLock® II fitting consists of grooving, flaring and final assembly. Grooving the tubing outside diameter provides an exact groove for the split locking ring in the Flarelock® II nut to securely mates with.

FlareLock® II connections are generally used for high temperature applications

Quikgrip®

Quikgrip® fittings are suitable for corrosive environments, including highly corrosive vapors. The carbon-filled Tefzel® gripper provides strength against pull out, yielding increased performance and connection integrity.

The assembly is done at room temperature and do not require any flaring or grooving tool.

Integral Ferrule

The original all-PFA fitting is suitable for most corrosive ambient environments, even highly corrosive vapors. Also suitable for total chemical immersion. The integral ferrule locks in the grooved tube, providing increased performance and safety. The assembly is at room temperature and requires the use of a grooving tool. No flaring is required.

Purebond®

PureBond® weldable pipe fittings are suitable for high purity, high corrosive chemical handling applications in semiconductor, chemical and other industries where purity and corrosion resistance are necessary. Together with purebond pipes, users can create a rigid, leak free piping system. Purebond fittings are adaptable to other style systems including PrimeLock®, Flaretek®, NPT and flange fittings.

Cynergy

Cynergy sanitary nonmetallic fittings are capable of withstanding regular steam-in-place (SIP) and clean-in-place (CIP) applications. All products contact surfaces are manufactured from FDA approved materials. These materials comply with USDA and USP Class VI as well as 3-A Sanitary Standards.
