Dubbed as the “disaster of the century”, The Indian Ocean Tsunami hit close to Singapore on the shores of Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and India. This happened after a massive under water earthquake of magnitude 9.0 rocked the west coast of Indonesia on 26th Dec 2004.
As a show of support for the victims, Silicon Connection and employees manage to quickly pool together a humble sum of $1,000 and donated it to the Sri Lanka Embassy on 31st Dec 04.
