Leadership Team

K.C. founded Silicon Connection in year 2000. Prior to starting Silicon Connection, he was a Senior Sales Engineer in Metron Technology (1997 – 2000) in charge of semiconductor material handling products. K.C. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from National University of Singapore, and a Specialist Diploma in Semiconductor Technology from Temasek Polytechnic. He is married with 2 kids.

David joined Silicon Connection in 2024, bringing over 25 years of global experience in the semi-conductor industry. He is well exposed in the strategic and operational test engineering, R&D, operations, customer support and people management. Before joining Silicon Connection, David was the Senior Director of Product Test Engineering in ams OSRAM. He holds an Honors Degree in EEE from University of Edinburgh. David is also a certified Coach for Performance & Capability Development under ICF and he provides mentorship and coaching to employees.
