Pressure Vessels

These pressure vessels are designed for use in dispensing corrosive or ultrapure fluids utilizing the pressurization technique. This simplifies the dispense process eliminating the pump and avoiding potential contamination.

They are capable of vacuum to 25” Hg (980mbar) and pressure of 80psig (552kPa) at ambient conditions.

They can be customized with numerous end port options and configurations. For the 4” pressure vessel, a maximum of 2 on top and 2 on the bottom are allowed while the 6” can accommodate a maximum of 6 on top and 6 on the bottom. Port connections include all standard Entegris fittings e.g. flaretek, purebond.

Besides the choice of end connections, the volume of pressure vessels can be customized to customers’ specific requirements.

These pressure vessels are CE compliance ensuring a level of safety that enables their use throughout the European community.
